Well, reverting back to his New Day antics won't really do much.

I love Kofi as champ, I just don't love the pancake tossing though. It's a shame because he could be booked really well but Vince.
Kobe Bryant was asked who he feels is the toughest opponent to guard in the NBA. Instead of picking OKC's Kevin Durant, Bryant went with Portland’s Brandon Roy.

To me, Kofi is just like Ziggler. Great wrestler, not a ton of charisma. Smallish. Always has good matches. Just never gonna be in that upper echelon. Seems like a great dude. You can already tell the air is out of that balloon though. Crowd reaction is dying at a pretty high rate.

I also don't get the argument that Kofi doesn't have charisma. All three guys in New Day have a ton of charisma, which is why they got over as much as they did.

Gotta disagree. Kofi has a likability to him but the next great promo he has will be his first. He's the worker bee of that group. E and Woods are the personality.

No disrespect to Kofi. Charisma, there is some, but E>Woods>Kofi. And as champ, his New Day persona just doesn't portray champion (at least through my lens).

Was that the first time Charlotte flair did her dad's flip out of the ring corner move?

Loved seeing it

11 minutes into SmackDown and we have our first match, Kofi v Owens and it's an actual match. Very entertaining, Owens delivered a perfect frog splash and Swanton Bomb too. Great way to open up the show.

I love the subtle switch with the ring gear colors to Jamaican Kofi.

Also, I have my own list of wildcard wrestlers I'm so fed up with:

1. Shane
2. Reigns
3. Charlotte
4. 24/7 Champ RTruth

This wildcard rule is **** brutal. It kills any consistency, buries the midcard, and just overexposes guys that are already overexposed. Oh look, Reigns is on Raw again, and hes feuding with Drew, AGAIN... like, how many weeks of raw has the dude missed since the rule? 1? And when isn't he fighting Drew on either show? WWE has become just a complete joke. Ambrose burying them, Dustin burying them, active talents requesting releases or sitting out and we get more reigns, more shane (whom i don't even hate, but way overexposed) more Charlotte (whom is amazing but still) sometimes less is more. Infact, almost always. Vince is **** clueless... Im watching smackdown now, and oh look, an alelstir black promo... why isn't he in the ring? why isn't he a featured character? Bray Wyatt's fun house... like, when the **** is this guy going to show up? **** you Vince, you have absolutely destroyed this product. Your wildcard rule is **** brutal. Kofi sucks, get the **** belt off him. I'm not sure they allow enough characters on realgm to type out how disappointed I am with a product that could and should be, the best in the world.

Totally agree with the first three, but especially Shane and Reigns. I'm gonna disagree on Truth because his segments have been the most entertaining segments on television over the last month, save the Wyatt Funhouse videos. He's been great.

There's certainly a problem with the main roster though when my two favorite things about it have been R freakin' Truth and Bray Watt, who hasn't wrestled a match in close to a year.

Agree mostly here. Im fine with the Aleister Black thing. Its a way to get him over as a badass so i like where they're going atleast with it. Wonder whos gonna be the one to answer the challenge?

But i wholeheartedly agree that less is more. Thats why NXT is so successful and unique. Fans aren't as susceptible to getting sick of things because they're not featured every week, therefore doesn't get stale as fast. Like when Asuka had the belt gor however long it was, nobody was sick of it and i think they could've ran with it another entire year. But if she had the belt that long on RAW or SD, she would've been getting booed out of the building.

Another good example: The "my name is Enzo Amore" speech. Its one thing to have it MAYBE twice a month on NXT, but when he moved to RAW and was doing that speech every single week, it got old fast.

Eric Bischoff called it over 20 years ago when Turner told him they wanted THUNDER in addition to NITRO. he pushed back against it because he said having more than they already did was just going to oversaturate the product. Bingo

Having PPV matches on raw and SmackDown hurts the product too. It doesn't matter if, for example, Roman v Drew is your match at the PPV, you can't have them constantly in matches together on TV. Even if it's a dumb tag team match, those two shouldn't be in the ring together until the PPV. That's why you have wrestlers in the low/mid card for. Have Drew v someone who isn't getting TV time, have Roman v someone else... Almost like they're trying to 1up each other before their match. Give people like Breeze, Ryder, Slater, etc some TV time. Let Roman and Drew only cut promos against each other, we don't need to constantly see one attacking the other every week into full brawl mode and then suddenly putting them in a pointless tag match. This is one of the reasons matches don't feel as important in PPVs anymore. This is why Brock still gets a reaction, because he's not wrestling on TV every week.

Yeah that was awesome... Goldberg has turned into one of the best promo guys in the business in the later
years of his career. I don't care that the match is supposed to suck either Goldbergs character is not supposed
to be about having 5 star classics with guys it's supposed to be an ass kicker that squashes guys. Also a lot of
moves in his moveset were impressive and how many people have stolen the spear from him all these years?

Sting has said he's still open to wrestling Undertaker despite his neck injury it got me thinking if the Saudi's
offer enough money if it could still happen. They could easily book a $hitty match to protect his neck and
just tell a good story have some classic run-ins use some weapons maybe blade and come up with something
passable and entertaining.
