Lee's health certainly would have been an issue, but yeah that would have been a fantastic booking.

Keith Lee definitely needs to be doing something worth while (health permitting), he's far too talented to not be.

Lee needs to align himself with Lashley/MVP and eventually take over as MVP's main guy

Decent opening segment with New Day vs Bloodline. It felt “cold” though. Didn’t have a strong energy behind it, wasn’t exciting and the match itself was fairly flat.

The Riddle stuff is wearing a bit thin and getting old. It’s not quite funny or interesting — it’s more like he’s ambling around verbally in the hopes that he’ll say something that ends up being funny.

This Doudrop/Eva stuff is terrible. It’s just endless and boring and is just a ridiculous storyline that no one cares about. Jesus, I don’t want to be that guy, but Doudrop’s ‘figure’ is difficult to watch at times. A woman of her carriage probably shouldn’t be wearing something as revealing as she does.

Sidebar: I’ve always liked the idea of an on air “authority” personality in wrestling. Whether it be Vince or Bischoff, or Stephanie, or Triple H, or whoever — I’ve always liked it. I think Pearce and the Deville are less than believable in their role(s). The reason it worked so well with the other names I mentioned is because there was some truth to it behind the scenes. I don’t think anyone thinks they’re close to being the boss behind the scenes.

What is it with WWE and their heels having this dramatic, regretful demeanor after injuring their opponent? First Rollins on Smackdown after injuring Exge, then Bazler after injuring Jax. Then to top it off, Jax is screaming like a stuck pig because her arm is injured. It was just WAYYYY over the top.

I'm likely in the minority but Big E vs Roman vs Lashley is the main event we didn't know we needed.

I don’t see it. Lashley needed MvP because his mic work is so cringey. Lee should just be a solo act left to his own devices. Unfortunately that’s not happening in wwe

Did Goldberg really say he's gonna commit murder?

And so much for a New Day vs Hurt Business feud

I think the Hurt Business heads to Smackdown as baby faces to feud with the Bloodline.

I could watch Seamus hoss fight every week. Love those matches far more than all that spot monkey AEW **** throws out over and over.

Keith "Bearcat" Lee looked a lot better physically and energetically, imo - like his old self. I assume he's giving props to the late great Bearcat Wright.

Read somewhere that it was a nod to Bearcat

And honestly he looked 10x better with it compared to his debut

That's pretty generous of you. Most people on the internet assume that wrestlers don't contribute at all to their names and nicknames.

I'm a generous guy. But considering that Bearcat Wright is a fairly obscure name for most pro rasslin fans, and I can see how someone like Lee would have a very strong interest in him, I'd guess he contributed to it - though I could be wrong.

Reports/rumors are saying the same, though no confirmation from Lee
