Shows how much of a threat AEW is.

It's amazing how a mega promotion with a massive talent pool is concerned about a small fish within their huge pond. I just really hope this is the wake up call that WWE needs for them to realize they're booking and story telling is poor af.

They're concerned because the small fish is being funded by a guy worth twice as much as Vinny Mac. This isn't some mom and pop operation with a limited budget. The guy footing the bill is worth six billion and looking to make a splash who has allied himself with several of the hottest acts in wrestling that sold out a huge arena in minutes on their own. This is the biggest threat WWE has faced since the mid/late nineties WCW.

Not saying they are going to get to WWE's level or topple them or anything like that, but there just hasn't been another American brand that could afford to compete with WWE financially since the Attitude Era. And I think that's what scares Vince. Usually, WWE gets the hottest free agents by default because they're the only ones that can offer that kind of money. If that changes, though...WWE is in trouble, because if you could go somewhere else, make similar money, and not be treated like garbage, you'd probably take it, right?

Watching the UK championship Match and I heard Nigel McGuinness mention Pete Dunne having a little Daniel Bryan in him. Hmmm interesting ;)

He's definitely a big time prospect with a unique look and skill set that if properly booked can be a vicious heel or defy the odds baby face. In that aspect he reminds me of Crispin Wah

Miracle & Maria Kanellis reportedly requested their release, I hope they get it. Early odds are AEW signs them.

Mike and Maria can be a solid and entertaining comedy act on RAW or Smackdown. The Revival supposedly asking
for their release is interesting. They had one of the best tag-team matches I've ever seen in person against DIY.

But they aren't cut out for the main roster with their horrible look and mediocre mic skills. They'd probably be a hit
in AEW where the fans will most likely be hardcore wrestling fans that value work rate above everything else as the
be all and end all.

Also Vince doesn't like tag-team wrestling where in AEW they could potentially have main event matches with
the Young Bucks where they would never have that opportunity in WWE.

The Revival also (though this isn't as concrete) are looking likely to leave, apparently WWE are concerned (see, this is the part i don't think is true, Vince doesn't care about tag team wrestling).

Now would be the time i think. WWE doesn't care about tag team wrestling and other the CW's, its probably the lowest priority right now. I'm assuming in AEW the tag team belts will be the #2 belts in the company (given the young bucks are there) so they'll be near main eventers more or less. Young Bucks vs The Revival is a license to print money also.

As for Bennett and Maria, I'm split, sure, they have connections in AEW (the Bucks) but i kind of want them to go back to ROH and help the Kingdom (the proper Kingdom). You'd have two main eventers there, whilst in AEW, lets be real, Bennett would be a mid carder because if they're serious that's his limit i'd say.

If you're Mike and Maria do you wanna leave guaranteed probably good to decent money for ROH which could be in
big trouble with AEW coming into town and burn that bridge with WWE especially when you just had a child?

I feel no sympathy for them... They got hired got pushed and Mike was out of shape then went into drug rehab then
gets Maria pregnant killing the gimmick and any momentum they had. Yeah there is stories of guys leaving making
a bigger name for themselves and making themselves a bigger asset but then there is guys like Daniel Bryan who was
treated like garbage, fired and then came back and got over himself and made the most of every opportunity. There's
guys like Jinder Mahal and Drew McIntyre who just owned up that they sucked and dramatically improved and then there's
guys like Mustafa Ali who just got plucked out of obscurity and is now a big deal on Smackdown.

Even if you end up like a Zack Ryder is making a lot of money and travelling the world with your friends and preserving
your body the worst thing in the world?

The WWE doesn't owe Mike and Maria anything especially how they screwed up out of the gate but I'm surprised they're
not used much on 205 Live when they bring something completely different as most of those guys on the show are
great workers but boring as hell as characters.

As for the Revival... I'd consider that Vince is in his mid 70's and men don't live as long as women and even if Vince
wants to last around for awhile he must know his lifestyle can't be maintained for an elderly man. So it's just a matter
of time before HHH takes over full time and the whole landscape changes creatively. If I was the Revival I'd get in way
better shape and try changing the attire.

You're right, WWE did more than enough for Bennett and Maria, in fact in a way, they out carnied the carniest carny to ever carny (Vince) which is pretty hilarious in truth. Still though, it doesn't hurt WWE anyway and i doubt they'd be that irritated besides the fact that they didn't get any use out of them after paying for rehab and paternity leave.

Considering WWE appears to be offering all of their talent matching contracts to anything they can get elsewhere (seen that reported on a few sites), I'd imagine they'd be content to keep Mike and Maria locked up under contract simply because they don't want them wrestling elsewhere. They pay tons of other people they never use.

Had no idea Killian Dane and Nikki Cross have been dating for the past 10 years+ but apparently they just got married. Congrats to them.

Makes sense, she's always said she wants to start a family. Would suck for the women's division.

Gotta bad feeling that the Mania crowd may give Rousey the Goldberg/Lesnar treatment.

Good.
Kobe Bryant was asked who he feels is the toughest opponent to guard in the NBA. Instead of picking OKC's Kevin Durant, Bryant went with Portland’s Brandon Roy.

"Roy 365 days, seven days a week. Roy has no weaknesses in his game."

How is that good? Why does she or her opponent(s) deserve that?

Not really she's contributed to historically low RAW ratings this year and the 2K19 video game where
she was in the commercial and a pre-order bonus is the lowest selling 2K wrestling game this console generation.

I'm not blaming her I actually like her but it's clear whatever celeb power she had hasn't translated to anything.
Brock moves the needle a little bit but so far she hasn't.
