I should try watching some of the other stuff. (probably) Unpopular opinion, the NXT audience makes it hard for me to watch NXT anymore, they just get on my nerves with the chants and overreacting to everything.
I know what you mean about the NXT crowd, but I think you need to take it easy on them. What I've noticed is that they give real reactions half the time (better than reactions the main roster shows get) and then force chants into space the other half. The latter is annoying, for sure. But you have to remember that they're watching four hours of wrestling and seeing the same people multiple times in the same night. I think they mean well with the chants. They're just trying to fill the gaps with something when they can't muster a genuine reaction. Being a smaller venue, silence is more noticeable. It's not like they're chanting "we are awesome."
