The Next Game Discussion Thread

Okay, no sense in having the entire board wait to do something else game wise. This probably should've been done earlier, since we've lost a few of the casual posters on this board during the draft's reign of terror.

I know JHF badly wants to do a "Who Am I" guessing game. That should be pretty easy to implement, I know we we're waiting for the draft to finish because some of you didn't want the integrity compromised by the trivia leaking potential draft picks. I will admit to not having much interest in this, but it will provide something to post about and should be good for some board discussion. Should we keep score? Would that provide incentive to check the board? I was thinking it'd be really open ended, a thread that ran until it died of natural causes, but IDK.

I think either way, the trivia game can be easily run alongside another game. My suggestion for this next game would be a Battle Royal. Somehow we come up with 20-30 participants. We can discuss the deets of determining the participants later if there is enough interest. The premise is pretty basic, we have daily votes to determine elimination, eventually someone wins. We could run a more complicated Royal Rumble variant, though it'd be a bit more complicated. The pros of this game are that there aren't any locked in members, which keeps things moving. Anyone can participate in the daily vote, maybe some of these random voters become regular posters. I can't think of many cons, I guess "who cares", but that can be extended to any suggestion.

Like an idea? Hate an idea? Have another suggestion? Chime in.

"Who 'wood' win" has been a fine alternative.
