Thought it be a good idea to have a tread for all the news so we dont get the main page cloged with threeads

I don't think the main page getting clogged with threads is a significant concern. The thread at the bottom of the page was last commented on six weeks ago.

Not a bad idea for any other board, but I'm going to lock this for the reason safi supplied, and the spelling error.
