I wonder if he minds being called "Undertaker" outside of wrestling. It's not like he was doing some kind of shoot promo. He was just talking about the fight, as a fan.
No clue what "you wanna do it?" means. Maybe he wants Taker-Lesnar at WM27.
Also, it makes me a little sad to hear him say he would have joined MMA over wrestling if it were around when he was younger. Rock said something similar not too long ago. It's too bad about all the talent pro wrestling is losing to MMA.

I think he wanted to swap wives for the night, hence "it's a personal thing"

That was odd. Didn't look too friendly.
Nice find.

It's where the money is, basically MMA was/is as popular as WWE was back in it's hey day with Rock/austin on oneside and WCW/NWO on the other...together they had like 10-12 million audience, now it's lucky to be in the 4-5 million range.

I'm absolutely sure Taker was referring only to the competitive aspect.

Its funny that it became a new topic...i just heard about this from a friend of mine. I thought Brock was cool with everyone since they went to all his fights.

Well that explains that. He already sells real estate.

When Quinton Jackson was a guest host on Raw they made sure to never mention UFC and only referred to him as an MMA star.
The reason I bring that up is the conventional wisdom is that UFC's biggest competition is boxing while WWE's biggest competition is TNA. I don't think Dana White nor Vinnie Mac look at it this way. I think they see there biggest competition as each other.
So there's no way Dana White is going to let one of his biggest stars work for his chief competition. Between now and WM Brock will probably fight Frank Mir again. Assuming he wins that match, he probably gets back to #1 contender status for the Heavyweight title. And Taker will obviously win a match against Brock at WM and there's no way White will let Brock be jobbed out like that.

All I have to say is Vince McMahon is so amazing, it's unreal!
PT Barnum of our age, no doubt.

I don't see another Lesnar/Mir rematch happening anytime soon.

I guess it depends on how you define anytime soon, but everything I'd read about Brock's plans after this match alluded to a Brock-Mir 3 matchup

Taker might not even be ready for mania after upcoming rotator cuff surgery. Considering Dana White would be crazy to let Brock wrestle a match in the WWE again, Cliff Levingston doesn't see it happening. Would be pretty awesome if it happened though.

Most guys in the WWE are entertainers and performers moreso than athletes. Sure, you've got guys like Swagger and Dolph Ziggler who are legit athletes but guys like Morrison, the Miz, Kofi Kingston I'm pretty sure I could beat them up.

Well we probably would have lost The Rock, Angle, Taker if UFC were around 15/20 years ago. And those are just the ones who have expressed interest in it. Stone Cold is obviously a big fan. Who knows how many pro wrestlers we'll be losing to MMA in the next ten years. And I'm not talking about current pro wrestlers, I'm talking about the future pro wrestlers. The kids right now who are being swayed away from wrestling, and driven towards MMA. There's no question which one is more popular right now.
And I would certainly call Morrison an athlete.

Most of these guys are fans of it because of the obvious similarities between UFC and wrestling. And yeah they lose some guys but there'll still be plenty of guys who choose the wrestling route.
Morrison is athletic, I don't think he's an athlete. He has no background as an athlete and I don't say this to denigrate him, but I think if Morrison had a background in any sport it wouldn't have been amateur wrestling it would've been gymnastics.

Anyone else catch Tazz make reference to the Taker/Brock staredown on Impact! this week? I was only half paying attention but when the Pope was in the back with that casket, right before they went to commercial, Tazz said something like "wonder if there's a dead man in there that thinks he can take on MMA guys". Again, not word for word, but something to that effect.
