Pretty odd list. The bolded names stick out to me.

But you're going to need to post the link so we know what criteria they used. I can't imagine any criteria that would put John Cena seven spots ahead of Hulk Hogan though.

And how is Terry Funk even on this list? How many months was he with the WWE/F? Like 14 tops?

Yeah, their explanation for putting Hogan at 23 had better be a darn good one. I never actually liked him much, even as a kid, but putting him behind some of those names seems like a joke of some kind. (Why is Savage at 14 and Hogan at 23? I can't explain this.)

It's just a bad list.

Hogan being 23rd doesn't make any sense. If they came out and said "Well, he wasn't the best in the ring" it still wouldn't make any sense because you have guys like Andre the Giant as high as 8th, and Cena really high.

Smells a lot like spite because Hogan is in TNA.

And what has Rey Mysterio done to deserve that kind of ranking? Or to be on this list period?

And where the hell is Chris Benoit?

I don't have enough time to state everything that is wrong with this list.

All I will say is HBK is #1, Bret is only 4th, Cena is 16th, and Hogan is only 23rd and proceed to burst out laughing.

WWE is built entirely on "What have you done for me lately?" and pure spite. Bunch of morons.

Yeah that list is messed up. Everything you guys mentioned and surprised they had Triple H behind Eddie. The list is just messed up all over.

I didn't realize it was done by the WWE. Makes a lot more sense now. Of course they're going to put Cena over Hogan, and not mention Benoit at all.

I don't really have a problem with the top four. Obviously Hogan should be ahead of them, but you could shuffle up the next four and I'd have no problem with it.

For me the top 5 are ok...maybe change it up a little but not far off. But Hogan/Savage/Angle/Triple H should be higher. I understand not mentioning Benoit, but where's the Warrior?

That's a messed up list. Surprised they didn't bump HHH higher.

Not really though, and that's whats making me scratch my head.

For instance, Rey ranked higher than HHH, and Cena, two darlings of the company.

Like said though, this whole list is a joke. How do you have a tie for seventeenth? Grow some balls and make a decision. I think either 5 different people made this list in sets of 10. Ex. one guy takes top 10. Second guy then does next 10, so on and so on. Or you had a group of idiots in one room throwing magnets with wrestlers names on them at a fridge.

It makes more sense than if it were a "wrestling journalist" - if that's what they're called. It explains why Benoit isn't there, why Cena is so high, why Hogan is so low, why Angle is so low, etc. It answers more questions than it asks.

is this list for guys just in WWE? Because Nick Bockwinkel, Jack Briscoe, Lou Thesz didn't really pass through, if it is for all of wrestling then they need to go global with Inoki, Jumbo, Santo, etc. etc. this list is just so flawed, they should have avoided rankings altogether

Good point. They should have done what the NBA did and just do a 'top 50' list.
