John Morrison Out of Action

John Morrison stated on his Twitter account this morning that he's undergoing surgery to repair his neck.
He wrote, "I'm about to get an operation to fix my neck- I will return @RonKillings."
The RAW Superstar did not work this past weekend's RAW live events despite being advertised.
It is being reported that Morrison is legitimately injured.
John Morrison is expected to be sidelined for several months after undergoing surgery on his injured neck today.
WWE orchestrated an angle last Monday on RAW where R-Truth ambushed John Morrison just prior to their scheduled match. He attacked Morrison again, leaving him immobile on the entrance ramp. The angle was set up in case Morrison needed surgery or time off. He was pulled from this weekend's tour so the severity of his injuries could be examined.

Awful news. I hope his surgery and recovery goes well.
I was going to say awful timing, but it's not like he would have been a champion. Only Randy Orton and John Cena can be face champions in the WWE these days.

Of course it sucks to have any type of injury and surgery to repair that injury (especially on the neck). But hopefully for R-Truths sake that they continue with him in a feud with someone else that gives him proper air time. I would hate for this injury to set back more then one wrestler in this situation.

Thats unfortunate news. I always thought this guy could and should be pushed more than he is. And as mentioned, hopefully Truth gets a push out of it. You can never build up enough new guys at the top of the card
