One aspect of wrestling that "the internet" underestimates is wanting to see "your guy" win. Zack Ryder may not have many marks on the "superstar checklist", but he endeared himself to a lot of people, myself included. When he won the title tonight over a more talented performer, it felt really, really good. I remember freaking out when he just appeared on Raw for 5 seconds, or when we saw a WWWYKI sign in the crowd. It's awesome to see how much he's accomplished. Much deserved!
