I know Jarrett held the title more times but Ricky Steamboat should be higher already.

And I know Cody just had his run so it's reasonable that he's low but I'd put him higher already just for the length of time.

Any guesses on top 5?

Honky Tonk Man
Bret Hart
Shawn Michaels
Macho Man Randy Savage

Yeah I was thinking about Cody higher as well, but its still fresh. The full 25 is up...I'm just slowly putting them up so we have something to talk about. Will have them all up in a bit.

HBK at 13 is a joke right? He's top 2 along with Razor Ramon.

No - Stanny

Savage/Warrior and Perfect in the top 5 is good. But Jericho should be out of the top 5, top 10 for sure, but not top 5.

Rick Rude, HBK, Razor and Edge should be up higher. Even Jeff Hardy should be higher then where he was ranked.

Agreed with all of those. Definitely Razor. He should be #1 IMO.

I definitely don't see Razor as number one. I know it was a different era but Honky Tonk should be tops. I like Patterson being high since he was first ever. Steamboat should be higher. I'd drop Jericho down. I like Rick Rude and Mr. Perfect up high. I thing HBK should be higher as well.

Yeah HBK with the IC title as heel was the launching pad for his career. Definitely would of had him a little higher too.

Who did Honky Tonk Man defeat during his reign? It seems to me he lost by count-out or disqualification a lot. It's a joke that he'd be higher than Bret and Shawn.

Lot of guys could be shuffled in in the top 10 but this is by far the best list I've seen them put together so far.

Benoit should be on that list.

Razor Ramon should have been no lower than #3. HBK shouldn't have been outside the top 10.

HBK certainly should be higher. I'm not sure about Razor being 3. Savage was involved in one of the greatest IC matches ever and had some good runs, Honky Tonk had the longest run as champ. I definitely would drop Warrior down.

When i think of the IC belt, I automatically think of Pat Patterson (first), honky tonk, savage, steamboat, perfect, razor, hbk, bret, jericho, and edge...now Rhodes too.
