Pretty scary moment last night in Jacksonville. As the author of the article says, this just goes to show how any performer is always just a weird bump away from a head/neck injury, no matter how "normal" the move may seem.

Not just head/neck injuries but any injuries. If you look at all of the injuries in WWE right now the only ones that were off something even slightly crazy were Kidd and Bryan's. And even those weren't that significant of moves and in the case of Kidd was probably more of a cumulative thing than anything else. Rollins got injured on a float over, I think Cena got injured on just a regular bump as did Cesaro and Zayn's injury was non-contact.

I was ready to say I didn't like this episode of NXT but those last 5 minutes really saved it. The Gargano-Corbin match was solid but that was probably the only match on the show I really liked. The backstage segment with the babyface tag teams was cool and a sort of subtle passing of the torch anointing Jordan and Gable as the next top babyface tag team. But I'm not a fan of Elias Sampson (yet, at least), the Hype Bros and that Alexa Bliss-Cameron match was a complete waste of time. And the Bayley-Carmella story hasn't really had my attention and the match really didn't either. But the post match angle was great and that tease at the very end was fantastic. And Joe's promo at the very end was so good. It continues to baffle me that while Raw has such a problem with credible heels that Joe continues to be in NXT.

Weds NXt show was one of the best non special NXT's I've personally seen in a while!!! Great matches! The Jordan/Big Cass hot tag was one of the best wrestling sequence of events I've seen in tag team wrestling in a long long time lol

Finished off with a great match between Joe and Sami!

I think it's pretty obvious that they're building him up to be their next heel champ, although Joe may be next if they're planning to call up Balor soon, which I think they might do to reunite the Bullet Club on the main roster. Balor even has a ready-made feud with AJ Styles.

whoever the white dude was in the purple tights vs the vaudevillains was, he had one of the worst tattoos ive ever seen.

also, as much as i love em, and even own their shirt, i fear the vaudevillains will never see the main roster and it makes me

The Vaudevillains just don't seem to have a gimmick that will carry over to the main roster. It works in small arenas where everyone is a hardcore fan, but I think it will fall flat in huge arenas where half the fans are casual.

That's Hugo Knox. From what I've seen of him on social media he's a real douchebag. Seems like the male equivalent of Eva Marie. If they put those 2 together it would probably be the biggest heat magnet duo of all time.

Apparently Matt Riddle (former UFC fighter) will be working in NXT soon. Kinda interested to see what they do with him gimmick-wise. He had a shoot/MMA gimmick in the indies.

Looks like a young Bryan Danielson with the size that Vince is looking for in that pic.

Yeah, I assumed that was Danielson until looking at the caption. Riddle missed an awful lot of MMA matches due to various injuries, and he was only a welterweight at 170 lbs max. But from the pictures, it looks like he's gained a lot of muscle mass - considering he was listed at 6'1. Hopefully he stays healthy - sounds like a talent.
