Should HGH be allowed in WWE?

I just read this article over on Uproxx and it had a bunch of suggestions on how WWE can try to fix their injury bug. Some I agree with, some I don't.

"Give Them HGH

Yeah, I said it. WWE got rid of steroids because guys were dropping dead and that’s bad PR and bad for business. But those guys were taking all sorts of crazy sh*t that was turning their insides into sand. Well, technology has improved to the point that PEDs aren’t deadly like they once were. Let the guys use some. Hell, if John Cena could be back for ‘Mania if he sprayed deer antler spray on his face like one of the guys from Mad Max, then let him. Wrestling isn’t real competition and he doesn’t get a competitive edge over someone for using HGH. Just give it to them in small doses and for injuries to recover quicker. We shouldn’t suffer because WWE feels guilty for killing a generation of athletes, amirite? I’m right."

The last suggestion brings up a pretty interesting question.

Should the WWE allow their performers to use HGH, on a monitored basis, for injury recovery? Why or why not? Let's hear it. I've posted a poll and allowed for users to go back and change their answers, for the purpose of allowing people to research and then change their mind if necessary.

As someone in the health care industry I voted yes.

I voted yes but I've really never cared if virtually anyone did it, especially not wrestlers who don't really gain a competitive advantage.

I didn't like the article and him suggesting it. My problem with him suggesting that, its not at all realistic because its still bad PR and bad business. Also any suggestion on how to reduce injuries, I think, starts and stops with an off-season. Its the easiest to implement (either 3 months off completely, or 4 months off just working TV's and PPV's are the two I've seen most frequently suggested), it would be great PR as they could spin at as we're doing this for the health and well-being of our wrestlers, it would be seen as bad business but depending on how they did it the business impact could be minimal. And it would likely be the most impactful and likely most effective way to reduce injuries. So while an offseason was the first thing he said I did think him suggesting HGH feels very clickbait-y.
