Could be, I mean, there's really no place for him now on either midcard titles.

411mania.com wrote:According to PWinsider.com, here is the latest on the Neville/WWE story, which contradicts the original report and update from this morning…

* The reports of Neville walking out on Raw are said to be incorrect. PWinsider claims that Neville was not on the road this past weekend as he did not work any of the live events and was not backstage during Raw this past Monday. Mustafa Ali worked the Raw house shows, wrestling Enzo Amore, replacing Neville, who was originally slated for those shows.

* The original plan for Raw was Neville vs. Enzo Amore, but that was changed over the course of the day when someone voiced that Neville couldn’t get a title shot due to the current storyline. There was talk of the match being made non-title, but then it was revealed that Neville wouldn’t be there so the change to Kalisto was made. This was to tie him to the legacy of Eddie Guerrero, as it was Guerrero’s birthday and he legitimately helped inspire Kalisto to get into professional wrestling.

* The site says two sources said that Neville has pushed for a release with the idea of leaving the company and building his name outside of it, similar to what Drew McIntyre did prior to his return to NXT. One source claimed a point of frustration was being left off of the WrestleMania 33 DVD, which meant no royalties from what is traditionally the biggest selling WWE DVD of the year.

* Neville is still under contract to the company and has not been released. There is a chance the sides could reconcile; there are no plans to use his moving forward.

The red part could be a damn good reason for being pissed off at WWE.

yeah it is, its one of the best paychecks they would get that year.

Spoiler:
Per F4WON, the plan for Survivor Series is to put both shows champions against each other in non-title matches. So Brock vs Jinder, Dean/Seth vs Uso's, etc.

Can't wait to see Heyman shoot on Jinder for the buildup.

Spoiler:
He'll probably put him over similar to how he put Roman over, even if he doesn't feel that way. I doubt he's going to bury Jinder, as great as that would be.

Still, what a waste, could have had Brock and Nakamura face off against each other or Brock vs AJ in a big money match, instead Brock's first match back is going to be against this scrub.

This is what Night of the Champions should be, not Survivor Series.

yeah both world titles should be defended but at least that should mean the next time jinder wrestles, it should be a loss.

Heyman will not bury Jinder. He'll do a series of promos putting over how overlooked Jinder has been and how great of a physical specimen he is.

Hopefully Brock doesn't just eviscerate him in the ring, even though that's what a lot of people want. The money talent is on Smackdown so you don't want the wwe champ to look like trash even if he is just that.

Well, they've done a wonderful job of making Jinder look like trash already. He sucks in the ring and, despite the fact that he is gigantic and absurdly jacked, he has to cheat to win against every opponent.

Some good Twitter beef going on between Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns,

Roman is a million times better than Cody

Read on Twitter

Read on Twitter

Read on Twitter

Cody responded to Roman Reigns live on ROH's Global Wars iPPV saying he thought Roman just wore that vest to "hide that pot belly", and that he thought he wouldn't have the time to tweet him back considering he should be too busy "failing drug tests". He said that ROH is not an indie, it's Bullet Club, and said Roman can "kiss the ring."

Cody has been great since leaving WWE. He's as good as ever in he ring, and really enjoy him along with the rest of the guys in the Being The Elite YT video series.

Like this one, which resulted in the Young Bucks getting the cease & desist on the Too Sweet hand gesture

did Roman work himself into a shoot (brother).

I'm pretty sure that was in character. If not, oh boy Rhodes is deluded (he's the 3rd highest draw in his own faction, both Omega and the Young Bucks are bigger draws than he is). Rhodes is good but he isn't that good.

Cody's initial comments were in an ROH backstage interview, so I'm pretty sure that was in character. Roman's comments could be in character, but if they aren't, he is the height of delusion.

To be fair, he's never been all that good in the ring. He tops out at decent. Ironically, he's a lot like Reigns in that regard. Neither guy is amazing in the ring.

I mean, I can at least understand it with Neville. He's one of the best wrestlers in the world and will be able to latch on anywhere. Nia...not so much. Hell, she ended up on the main roster when she had no business being there, so not sure why she'd be unhappy.
