It didn't affect one of the Usos that badly.
Kobe Bryant was asked who he feels is the toughest opponent to guard in the NBA. Instead of picking OKC's Kevin Durant, Bryant went with Portland’s Brandon Roy.

"Roy 365 days, seven days a week. Roy has no weaknesses in his game."

DWI usually isn't a career killer for WWE stars since it happens somewhat often but Hardy has a history of substance abuse. I hope it was "just" alcohol (not to downplay drinking and driving) because he's reportedly been clean for years from drugs. I don't know, the WWE might decide it's not worth it.

A competitor to the XFL announced today that they'll launch a year before the XFL was set to launch. Because they're launching a year earlier they have made this announcement with a lot of the questions facing the XFL already answered. Vince said he was going to get football people, they already have a list of impressive names. Vince talked about broadcasting and streaming options, they've already got a deal in place. The one thing they don't have, and this is obviously a gigantic thing, is what cities will have teams.

The most interesting part of all this might be that it appears to be run by Charlie Ebersol, who was the director of the XFL 30 for 30. And Dick Ebersol, his dad, will be one of the league's advisers.

Early prediction, the XFL never happens. This league has a modestly successful first year, like the Big 3 league did and Vince winds up buying into this league instead of launching the XFL.

I guess we know who Shane's partner will be now. I hope Bryan turns on Shane during the match and they use it to finally write Shane off for good, or at least for a long while. His meddling on Smackdown has gotten beyond stale.

I'm a little annoyed that they didn't just wait to announce this during SD tonight. Could you imagine the reaction? It'll still be great, but the shock value would've been obviously much higher.

The timing of this announcement was genius. If they had done it yesterday, the fans would have killed Raw with Bryan chants. If they hadn't announced it at all and Bryan just came out and said he was cleared, no one would be watching. This way, they hyped it up the day of and everyone is talking about it, and now Smackdown's ratings will probably pop huge as a result.

Also, the crowd is going to go absolutely nuts at the start of the show, which will make Smackdown look a hell of a lot more important to anyone tuning in for the first time in a while.
