A one-hour, in-ring program called 205 Live, showcasing WWE’s new Cruiserweight division, will premiere Tuesday, Nov. 29, at 10 p.m. ET, exclusively on WWE Network. The live weekly show will be called by Mauro Ranallo, the voice of SmackDown LIVE, and Corey Graves, color commentator for Monday Night Raw.

Coming off the success of WWE Network’s recent Cruiserweight Classic tournament and the formation of the new Cruiserweight division, which airs exclusively on Monday Night Raw, 205 Live will feature Superstars that are 205 pounds and under, including: new WWE Cruiserweight Champion The Brian Kendrick, as well as TJ Perkins, Rich Swann, Noam Dar, HoHo Lun, Cedric Alexander, Lince Dorado, Gran Metallik, Tozawa, Jack Gallagher, Gurv Sihra and Harv Sihra.

“205 Live is a natural progression to showcase the depth of our roster,” said Paul “Triple H” Levesque, WWE Executive Vice President, Talent, Live Events & Creative. “With world-class talent such as Brian Kendrick, TJ Perkins, and Rich Swann, 205 Live will be a must-see program on WWE Network.”

“With the addition of 205 Live to an already robust programming schedule, WWE continues to enhance the value of WWE Network for our subscribers,” said Michelle Wilson, WWE Chief Revenue & Marketing Officer. “We take pride in listening to our fans and delivering even more live, premium content that they are asking for.”

I assume this is a direct result of the whole division basically failing on RAW, and them not having enough time for them.

Probably a good idea considering how poorly they have been used on Raw. A big problem is that they have not expanded the roster to use guys like Metalik, Tozawa or Gallagher so we have been seeing the same matchups over and over. 8 guys don't make a division.

They have plenty of time to successfully utilize the Cruiserweights on RAW. Their problem is that they have terrible booking and writers on RAW who don't give a **** about the Cruisers.

My main question with this program is when do they film it? They can't actually expect crowds to stay around after Smackdown finishes and then hang out for another hour+ to watch a glorified version of Main Event.

My guess is they'll do bulk tapings at Full Sail like they do NXT.

That was my initial thought as well but then I re-read the opening paragraph and they say it will be a "live weekly show".

Okay then, I should read these a little closer.

Yeah, I'm guessing that they will expect the crowd to stick around and watch this. I guess this also means Talking Smack is basically cancelled, unless they tape it during the Cruiserweight show and air it afterwards.

Just saw Tozawa wrestle at a Dragon Gate show in Kobe, Japan.

Very excited to see him over here.

It's been announced that 205 Live will be filmed immediately following Smackdown in the same arena.

I think all three of those guys are finishing up prior commitments before their WWE contracts go into effect. They probably are hesitant to use them in the meantime due to a variety of concerns, or simply because they can't consistently make WWE dates until they are done with their other work.

Talking Smack is better than Raw, I hope they don't get rid of it.

They'll probably just push it back to 11. They can film it while the cruiserweights are doing their thing and air it after.

205 Live in between Smackdown and Talking Smach makes no sense. They should air it before Smackdown.

It will make sense when the entire cruiserweight division moves to Smackdown after Survivor Series and the cruiserweights can appear on Talking Smack as well to talk about anything that happened either on Smackdown or 205 Live.

It still doesn't make sense. The entire cruiserweight division is pretty much on Smackdown now that they'll be on Tuesday's. The problem is showing a Smackdown main event, then watching a whole different hour of wrestling before having Talking Smack. By that time the hype of the Smackdown main event has died down and the majority of people have 205 Live on the mind.

If they want to show 205 Live before Smackdown it makes sense because Smackdown is supposed to be the main course. With 205 going on after, THEN Talking Smack it makes 205 look like the main course. Personally, I feel like 205 should go on first, OR they should just put the cruiserweights on Smackdown and ditch 205 Live.

Debuts tomorrow.

Still no idea how it's all going to work with Cruiserweights on both RAW, and now after Smackdown.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

so Swann is champ, surprised but it is a good move, Swann should be the face of that division along with Alexander really. Will enjoy Kendrick's chase though which should be crazy. I thought it was a bit lackluster but good overall

Austin Aries sounds like such a douche on this show. Putting himself over instead of the talent. Love how Graves and Mauro didn't respond to any of his stupid comments.
