^At the same time, there are a lot of women on the independent scene who could be surprises as well as a few women who weren't used this year but most likely will be next year. Not to mention the amount of women who will be brought up from NXT will leave less room for needed legends to fill the spots.

Absolutely. NXT is at an indestructable place right now where it appears like they have limitless talent resources. I can't tell if it's a bubble or totally sustainable.

If they have Rousey get a free 'Mania title match despite having no experience, it kind of devalues the fact that Asuka just had to actually earn a title shot in the Rumble.

It's a bit of both. The process for how each person enters has to be organic. Having forced spots hasn't worked (Solomon Crowe, Cien Almas' first go as a face), so as long as they give wrestlers a chance to grow into themselves, they have a chance to succeed. Tye Dillinger wouldn't be where he is at if they never gave him house shows to let him run his "10" gimmick.

Bubble: depending on too many outside independent wrestlers just because they had success elsewhere.

Sustainable: stay the course by slowly introducing certain people in certain spots.

Ronda Rousey was considered the most dangerous woman on the planet and is a former UFC champion
what are you gonna do make her face Bayley on RAW to earn it?

She's gonna debut at WM and it has to be in a high profile match...

On a Sports day that featured the Pro Bowl, the NHL All-Star Game, some high profile NBA games and
Ronda Rousey is the lead/main story on espn.com

Rousey still draws. Wouldn't be surprised if her and Charlotte main event WM.

I enjoyed the women's rumble more than the men's. It absolutely deserved to close out the show.

I marked the hell out when Lita entered at 5.

The whole Vickie Guerrero spot was awesome. Including her hitting Carmela on the way out.

The whole chair spot with Naomi was entertaining.

Loved watching Kairi with those **** gorgeous elbow drops.

Seeing Trish and Mickie together again. Nostalgic pop when those two came face to face.

I also liked Nia looking like a beast in there. The whole gang up on her, as well as her going full "Commando" Arnold Schwarzenegger mode was entertaining as ****. Crowd legit booed when they eliminated her.

The ending was awkward but so what. The crowd was 100% into that match and rightfully so.

Brock look like he legit punched Braun there. The slow motion replay of that did not look fake at all.

Twice. He nailed him with an uppercut and a hook. He was pissed and Braun looked terrified

You don't knee Brock in the face if it's outside the Octagon.

The only thing I dislike about that is that Rousey kind of killed Asuka's moment. She should have showed up on Raw tomorrow instead to interrupt Asuka's victory speech.

Agreed. They made the ending all about Rousey, when it should have been about Asuka. They still could have created the same amount of buzz on social media by having her debut on Raw or Smackdown(depending on who Asuka chooses) instead.

Also, not feeling Rousey's theme music. It doesn't match her persona at all.

Think this is a save bet, there are lots of rumors regarding that matchup since her appearance in 2016.

Asuka vs Bliss and Rousey vs Charlotte are locked IMO.

You just knew HHH was gonna get on that gravy train and get in on that spotlight I'm guessing
the partner will be the Rock or Batista.

Also the HHH vs. Strowman thing at Survivor Series seems pointless now

That segment in the women's Rumble where Asuka and Ember fought with each other really hammered home how much better those two are than basically every single other female on the main roster. They're two of the only women in the company who I feel can match the pace of the men in the ring.

gotta say i enjoyed the women's rumble more than I did the men's. was kind of wishing brie eliminated nikki to get some revenge from years past lol

i hate the pointing at the wrestlemania sign that they've all been doing for years now. it's like they're in some damn cult or something...
