Meltzer sucks anyway. Literally every story by him is "but things may change" so he can cover his own ass if he's wrong, which he usually is.

Was he really calling her fat though? I don't think she has an ounce of fat on her body. She has added muscle though. Maybe that's what Dave meant.

I do find wrestling fans speaking negatively about appearance (when it comes to women, mostly) to be gross, and it happens here more than I'd like. That said, appearance is a factor in wrestling. People are going to talk about it.

Dave is an old dork that most people consider a joke. This is not bullying, not a story.

I think he was implying that he didn't like her implants, but why he didn't just come out and say that is beyond me.

He's talking about her breast implants. They constrict her ability to perform as a wrestler.

Mentioning his distain for her implants would still garner hate if Peyton went to Twitter and announced she's offended.

I wish Peyton would (wo)man up and publicly admit she misinterpreted Dave's message instead of letting him bear the brunt of her mistake, but sadly that's not how society works.

he does the same thing for the men also. At the end of the day, WWE measures this as a metric for womans wrestling still (cause lets face it, quality of wrestling aside, their is still the wwe divas mentality on the main roster that the hottest women hold the title, regardless if you can actually wrestle).

So whilst WWE makes this a measuring stick, implants, hair, etc will be a talking point.

Besides, when it comes to Meltzer, you should hear how he ogles Carmella  that level of perversion is way worse.

This is just people getting worked up about a bunch of nothing.

When you're in the entertainment industry a cosmetic business you open up yourself to people judging
you on your looks and appearance. It happens with all celebrities or people in the public eye if you can't
handle it then you should find a different field. We all know with the wrestling business that "look" is one
of the 3 main ingredients of the formula to what makes a successful wrestler.

Say what you want about how good Dave Meltzer is but he reports on the news and gives out opinions. I don't
think he said anything wrong or touched on a subject that is taboo. Personally I think Peyton is passable and
Billie Kay is the one that doesn't look good (or sound good)

Another social media witchhunt.
It's so easy to single out a little fragment of a show. They also talked about Cena and implied roid (ab)use, but hey...

And the internet spent a whole lot of time talking about Dean Ambrose’s appearance this week. Some good, some bad. Hell, any male wrestler who is losing their hair gets **** on daily. It’s a visual business, people are going to talk about appearance. I agree that making snide remarks about a female wrestler’s weight is tacky as ****, but commenting on implants seems pretty inoffensive.

You say this as if anyone knows actually knows that. They’re all just guessing, like you.

Why? Either way, his comment was offensive. She's not at fault here. He is.

Btw, she is damn entertaining.

Calling a female fat and not liking their breast implants are two different a buttons to press. One encourages women to starve themselves and the other encourages women to love and accept their God given body. She's at fault for starting the witch-hunt because her peabrain can't process information correctly.

Guilty! Though I just said he looks like a heel with that buzzcut now. I thought his hair made him more unique looking (especially during the Jon Moxley days). But then again im a little old school. I have long hair and a big reason for that was because growing up i always wanted to be a professional wrestler.

But as for meltzer/Royce, if he was talking about her implants then he should have clarified that

Please tell me how you're not talking out of both sides of your mouth considering you previously said "Mentioning his distain for her implants would still garner hate if Peyton went to Twitter and announced she's offended."

All hate isn't equal. Disparaging a person for their weight and their silicone implants are two different things. Disparaging a person for their race and their silicone implants are two different things. Disparaging a person for their race and their weight are two different things. I don't know how to put it in a simpler manner for someone that doesn't understand basic ethics.

SJWs is will always be offended by anything that involves a victim, but the rest of society isn't sending threats of violence at someone that criticizes a female athlete/children's role model for getting breast implants in hopes to stand out more to her audience even though it handicaps her actual performance.

It seems like you're trying to make this a lot more involved than it is - especially when you use the example of race - which is a much bigger hot button than both weight and implants.

I'm pretty sure he did. Now that I've read back, I see that his regular listeners were quick to point out that he was clearly talking about the implants. We only got a short clip, edited by someone who was clearly trying to start ****.
