It's called "All Elite" Wrestling but why am I seeing jobbers from 205 Live like Tony Nese or NXT enhancement talent
like EverRise on their programming? Also not to mention guys who look like they are going through puberty and still
in high school like Dante Martin and the Acclaimed. It just feels like AEW has no standards and anyone off the street
could get TV time.

They have one of the worst Women divisions I've ever seen and Mickie James and the Iconics were free agents and
right there for the taking and they let Impact scoop them up?

I just don't understand a lot of things AEW does. I was hoping when we got a big budget alternative that the
new promotion would learn from Vinces mistakes instead we have 2 promotions with 2 unique promoters that
have their very own unique set of flaws.

To be fair, this roster has improved leaps and bounds during its early years. I mean c'mon, remember their debut and the wrestlers involved in that Casino Battle Royale?

I am surprised how little progress they've made with the women's division. Wondering if part of it is how pleased they are with Britt Baker's popularity, and would her lack of in-ring skills be exposed more if the talent level around her jumped dramatically.

Really? I think the women's division has improved significantly since they first started. It could still use more work, but compare the talent they have now to when the company first started and it's not even comparable IMO.

4 world champions since August 2019 and ONLY 4 title reigns.
People like regular title changes between legitimate champions rather than just 1 wrestler holding the belt for 6 months or a year before finally losing the belt not to win it back and then the new champ has his long run until he finally loses.

I feel like the sequence of Jericho, Moxley, Omega, Page may as well have been planned out 2 years ago. I remember people predicting near the start of his reign that Omega would eventually lose to Page and then that's exactly what happened. WWE seems to force themselves to plan only a few months ahead of time at best, that's how you end up with stuff like when they gave Lashley vs McIntyre at Backlash they probably had no idea Lashley was going to be their Raw champion the next spring, why they changed their mind on Corbin like 2 months after winning MITB, etc. Not sure if the AEW strategy can't work since at the end of the day it's a scripted TV show which often plan out years ahead of time, but it's different.

The division is pretty shallow isn't Britt Baker gonna need some new people to work with and some credible opponents
sooner then later? Looks like the AEW and TNA partnership is dead already not sure what the point of it was in the
first place didn't really accomplish anything lol

The long reign booking isn't helping with the Women's Division. The heavyweight I understand the slow build and creating feuds but for the women's at least the TBS could help feature other women.

No clear face right now to challenge DMD, unless we get a face turn for her and have someone like Jade be the monster heel to dethrone her

I can't tell if Bryan's AEW promos are good or not, it's like some cheap heat indie heel sh*t. I assume it's on purpose.

Lee Moriarty put on a pretty solid match with Punk

Ruby and Statlander made me think they both deserve to advance which is what you want

I was thinking they'll keep doing these stunts until a wrestler dies, but Cody selling the fire so little makes me think maybe they don't hurt much?

I enjoy Bryan’s heel work.

That spot HAD to hurt. At first I thought, “ok, he has the gel on his back so he probably didn’t really feel it.” Well, the way his back was burned and peeling afterward tells me that if he didn’t feel it in the moment, he felt it later that night and the following days.

Apparently Kyle O' Reily and Johnny Gargano's contracts are up (or already expired). Would be interesting to see where they land. I can see Kyle in AEW with Cole and Fish already there.

First half of the show just had so much silliness and mugging although it redeemed itself with the last two matches actually feeling like real wrestling. Riho vs Hayter was really good. I think Hayter is a pretty nice pick up.

Yeah, 2 of my favorite in-ring performers, and their lack of size won't hurt them at AEW. Tbh, I thought O'Reilly was a better prospect than Hangman Page when they were at ROH and Japan. AEW's done a great job with Page.

NXT... continues to go downhill - though I wouldn't be shocked if Gargano ends up staying there.

Yeah, is his wife still under contract with WWE? That might influence his decision.

Thought kid was all swag for his gimmick but man I wouldn't want to mess with him even in real life. Great debut. Props to Fuego as well for a well coordinated match

Just can't think of anyone with the same style for his built. Could be a unique one

I thought Hook was just a meme but he actually looks like a killer and has a nice style :o

Rampage was pretty good, but the past few dynamites have been very lackluster imo. The winter is coming episode next week hopefully is an improvement.

Yup, he's like a videogame character with that size/moveset.

Thought Hook looked good and very confident out there.

The winter is coming card looks a little lackluster on paper. Wardlow vs Sydal, Shida vs Deeb (a lukewarm feud/build at best), and MJF vs Martin have been advertised. Outside of the ME they didn’t really stack the card here at all. Still looking forward to it though.
