Bryan, AJ Styles (even at 42), Sami Zayn, Cesaro and if you want to include NXT, Gargano and Ciampa are all better than Rollins comfortably.
With the exception of SummerSlam, he has a tendency to lose the crowd when placed late in a PPV. He's very athletic and skilled but he's not great at the in-ring storytelling. In fact, Roman is better than him at this.
