I always thought it would be Gargano but that doesn't make sense since he should've fought Balor so now I have no clue. Maybe Dream or Kushida was cleared last minute? Austin Theory would be cool as would Cameron Grimes. Will probably end up being something I'm not thinking or Lio Rush.

Yeah, I was leaning to a RAW/Smackdown roster member with an NXT past.
Owens is part of team RAW, no?

Sheamus would be horribly underwhelming. I like the guy, but not as a surprise teammate in this scenario.

I think it's going to be Morrison. It would make sense to bring him back in NXT where he can be himself and get over with both his in ring and character work.

The first one I ever watched was the one where Owens debuted and Zayn won the NXT title. There has literally not been a bad one since then. The crazy thing is I feel like they are significantly better the past two years than they were before. I think the rise of Gargano, Ciampa, Cole, Almas, and others really took the in-ring work to another level.
