Miz is one of the most accomplished professional wrestlers of the last 15 years. Who would've guessed it?

I find it pretty crazy he is a champion in 2021, but I don't hate it.

He is very good in the ring. Excellent on the mic and at getting himself attention outside of the ring. He is an all around performer.

He is a very good choice for what is likely to be a short transitional reign.

They really killed Miz’ momentum with the pointless face turn/feud with Wyatt and the Morrison stuff has been brutal. Hopefully they move away from Johnny Nitro.

Happy to see Miz successfully cash in. In general he’s entertaining and fun, whereas I’ve found McIntyre’s run to be dull and boring.

So they just cancelled the women's match altogether? Instead of just using one of the other many they have in the lockerroom to fill in?

Honestly was just kind of happy to see a successful cash in. Was expecting him to immediately eat a Claymore.

It's obvious the angle they're going for here. Miz gets demolished at the next PPV by Lashley and we get Lashley/McIntyre at 'Mania, possibly with Sheamus as the third man.

If they do that, it will also mark the first time in I don't even know how long that they actually used a mid-card title reign to propel a guy into the world title picture.

There was a whole lot of quality, sensible booking last night. Are we sure Vince is still alive and this isn't some sort of Weekend at Bernie's situation? The only thing leading me to believe he's still kicking is that godawful Nia match.

Exactly my thoughts when Lashley lost his title. I was like, "Alright here's another John Cena losing his US Title to Jordan so he can challenge JBL situation". Only this time, the midcarder propelled has The Cabinet stable.

Honestly the build was outstanding for current WWE standard. MVP talking to Miz, I'm assuming promising the Miz of the CEO's services for him to cash in and in return, a potential title match with him.

Got spoiled when I saw Miz in the thumb that I saw and was expecting JoMo to win the US Title, but when I saw the MVP-Miz interaction, the Riddle win made a lot more sense.

Find it odd though that Randy lost via a straight up pin without any interference from anyone. Alexa appearing would've made more sense to protect Randy

Minor gripe for me was Edge's spear. I miss his signature stiff hit then kneel, instead of that spear that looked like the one Roman used on him

I've got to give it to them.
They got me hooked.

Fair play.

I mean, that was probably one of the best top to bottom shows in recent WWE history. Only one match that was complete trash with everything else being good to great and, perhaps more importantly, logical.

Not counting NXT of course, as every NXT Takeover is great.
