2008 WWE Supplemental Draft

To recap the Draft on Monday, the following superstars were "drafted" to their respective brands.

Along with the initial draft, WWE is holding a supplemental draft.

Only two days after a handful of career-altering shake-ups occurred in the world of sports-entertainment, the 2008 WWE Supplemental Draft will take place right here, Wednesday at noon ET, exclusively on WWE.com.

Although they don't state how many draft picks each brand has, a total of 15 superstars were drafted to new brands last year. In other words, Raw could still screw up ECW (even more) and SmackDown!.

I could see Carlito moving to either ECW or Smackdown since he is pissed with Vince about being basically lied to.

I've just learned that all Superstars drafted on Monday will be exempted from the supplemental draft. This means no draft backs. I'll post draft picks here.

With the first pick of the Supplemental Draft, ECW drafts Mark Henry. The draft order is fantasy draft order ECW, Raw, then SmackDown! then reversed order. Correction: I have no idea how the draft order goes. It's completely random (Which means ECW will get screwed up more).

The surprise name on that list has to be DH Smith, as everyone seems to believe he's going to be Dibiase's teammate.

So just a quick summary of the draft...
- SmackDown! can certainly become WWE's A-Show
- With the split of Duece and Domino, London and Kendrick, Cade and Murdoch...the Tag Team Division gets worse than what it had been before draft.
- DH Smith isn't Ted Dibiase Jr.'s mystery partner. McMahon must have it on the down low.
- ECW just got worse...apparently that was possible.
- Raw and SmackDown! got some big, yet much needed, changes. New fueds, new storylines...should be an interesting year for those two brands. ECW needs to fold.

im glad kofi got moved to raw he should be on a biger show hopefully he wouldnt get lost in the shuffel there hes very talnted. im happy smackdown has got alot of good talent. im thinking DH Smith may be used for the US championship picture if it ends up going back to smackdown.

I hate the fact that they moved Kofi so quick...Raw is already STACKED. At least in ECW he was in main events and was giving a lot of air time and a huge push. This is a bad move on the writer's part to decide to move Kofi so quick. He could have easily become the next ECW Champion.

+1, but after seeing how they used him on the by far worst roster, I highly doubt it. Always wanted him to be moved to SmackDown!, but that was before they got the strongest roster - guess he'll get to show off his athleticism every now and then while being used as a jobber most of the time
Maybe his best chance of at least getting a small push again would be as a tag team wrestler alongside a new partner, which isn't that far off seeing as they split up several teams during the draft. I know it's highly unlikely and they don't even seem like a good fit gimmick-wise, but just imagine a Shelton/Brian Kendrick-combo - that would be pure entertainment
