According to Pro Wrestling Illustrated, the latest rumor for Wrestlemania 26 is that John Cena vs. The Rock is a near deal. I personally don't know how reliable of a source they are, but according to the article in the magazine the "mega-bout is close to being signed".

That would be INSANE. I could careless about Cena's part in it. But seeing The Rock in the main event at WM is just epic. I'd rather see him against HBK or something, but still. Gonna love it either way. If it happens.

They should use it to give someone a push. Not that I actually think that it would happen.

There no chance The Rock comes back to lose. If this fight is going to happen, Cena is going to have to drop the title before then. Because The Rock is clearly not coming back permanently. Though I would love it personally.

He doesn't have to lose at the PPV. Have him lose a couple times in the time that he'll be on the weekly shows (hopefully it's a least a month) and then win at the ppv.

If he's coming back, match-wise its a 1-time only thing. You don't have his first match back on Raw or Smackdown.

Fair enough. That doesn't really appeal to me. One match.

I don't see Vince bringing him back for ONE match. They'll have to work an angle for him at least a little bit, or else fans will be pissed at him only coming back for a PPV match and bouncing again.

I think he'll make appearance probably for 4-5 Raw's leading up to WM, there might even be a brawl. But I don't think he'll do more than one actual match.

Well, we might see a change in his thinking if his movies keep bombing though. . .

Isn't Rock supposed to host a Raw in January? If so, they're building the angle then, and he'll be on the Raws leading to WM but without taking place in an actual match.

The rock's coming back? Well, this could get me back into wrestling very easily.

I honestly doubt the Rock will be back. He's not a wrestling lifer like Hogan, and I doubt he has a serious itch for it after he was so happy to move on from it.

That said, I hope it does happen. More people will check out the weekly shows and in turn check out Kofi, Miz, Morrison, Swagger, McIntyre, Ziggler, Bourne, etc. They could get more people back into it, like they did me.

As much as i would love for it to be true...I just don't see it happening. But if it does, they'll kinda build it like the second time Hogan and The Rock's feud....where The Rock was all Hollywood and was the heel. In that angle I'm pretty sure he didn't make many appearances on the live shows.

Ha, I watch from time to time. Mainly in the spring and summer when MNF is not on.

I really like Kofi, even have his entrance music on my Ipod. Not so sure on the other guys, most of them I heard of, but never really get to see them wrestle, besides Miz.
