Would Portland really dump GP2 for Wiseman?

Would put us over the tax.

Either trade makes the Warriors better while positioning Portland for next year.
I would rather keep the Winslow GP2 combo and send out Hart+Brown or Eubanks as it does more for the Warriors and keeps our 2 best defenders
