No chance, given the remaining schedule. Which is why so many of us have been pissed. Can’t even tank right…

Tonight it was nice to see Clingan make some more careful decisions defensively. 13/13/3 with only 3 PF in 28 minutes is about what we should want to see from him in the remaining games. Extended game reps are soooo important for him at this stage, IMO.
Additionally, it was nice to see Sharpe rebound the ball when his 3 wasn't falling. He's athletic enough he should be averaging around 6-7 rebounds a night with 2-3 of them, offensive.
Deni seemed tired to me...no surprise.
Is Deni 100% healthy. He got a bit of an injury but might be playing through?
I’m in the same boat as you now, not bothering doing any standing watching or tank watching, just want to ensure the young guys who should be showing growth are still doing it, which is the case.

I was honestly surprised he was active. I think he got a knee to his thigh, so yeah it might be still tender. But moatly he seemed just tired after such an outlay in the last game…

20 games left and 4 games behind the Mavs with Kyrie going down and no hint of Davis coming back. So... if the Mavs tank hard.
Dallas has the tie breaker so, Dallas would need to go say, 5 and 15 and Portland 15 and 5. What odds do you give this![]()
The TWolves, Kings or Clippers could take a swan dive. But... don't think that is in the realm of realistic.

That line up of Dame, Matthews, Batum, LA, and Drummond would have made some noise. Drummond has been underrated the last 5-6 years in my opinion. He's an elite rebounder and has a lot agility for his size.

I think you need to check your math. 15-5 gets POR to 43-39, while 5-15 gets DAL to just 37-45. POR would finish 6 games ahead of DAL.
With Kyrie out and DAL contemplating shutting down AD, it would still be difficult for POR (given their schedule) to pass DAL, but not impossible.
For example, if POR went 12-8 (40-42) and DAL went 7-13 (39-43), the Blazers would edge them out for the play-in.
