Perhaps what they need is to make the lottery for just the first pick and restricted to just the 6 worst teams.

I say top 3, that usually covers the best talent.

I almost would say the 11-14 slot should only have a combined 1 percent chance at the 1 pick too. Their odds don't fit the record and usually the tanking culprits are bottom 5 anyways so they're really penalizing 6-10 with this system

Now that the lottery is over, I stand by my original statements that if the Blazers have any hope at getting a “Star” in the next 5 years, it’s either gotta develop from the current team (Deni needs to blow up), or they need to make a risky trade for a distressed asset Star like Zion.
