people who feel that way explain to me
why you feel that so I can understand.. .

Thanks!!

I don't think Outlaw would have done any better...as a matter of fact he didn't when he had the opportunity. And webster is an inconsistent defender at best.

Something different should have been done, but i don't think it should have been switching outlaw or webster...it wouldn't have made any difference.

Artest should have been doubled...it's that simple. Take the ball out of his hands.

That's not the same as being "fine" with the defense

This was Artest's first game after the Bibby trade so he came out focused and determined to prove he is the top dog on the Kings. There are very few players in this league who would have been able to effectively contain Ron last night. We certainly don't have anybody who is going to be able to match well against Artest even on a so-so night for him.

I can honestly say this is the first time I'm starting to miss having a player like Ime Udoka. Roy and Jones both have a calming deamanor for this team, but we definitely need an energy guy on defense who thrives on playing physical and knocking the opposing teams wing players off of their rhythmn.

I didn't see the game last night. I Don't have cable, but I listed to it on KXL. I noticed Roy had no foul shots, but he kept attacking the rim. What was the deal? A. good D by Sac, B. no contact, or C. poor reffing.

I didn't get to watch the last quarter, so perhaps i'm wrong. Also, I hate to dredge up this can of worms, but...

It would have been nice to have Przybilla knock Artest on his a$$ a couple times when he drove to the paint.

It doesn't make much sense from a coaching standpoint to put a sick player on one of the strongest and most aggressive players in the league.

I agree with Wize, opposing teams have figured out ways to make the Zone pretty ineffective. Time to move on to some new Xs and Os...about 2 weeks ago.

Im sorry I am not one to complain about the refs. But how anyone can say that they didnt change that game is insane. It is a back and forth game when martin pulls his ridiculous mid air spasm. In the replay it is pretty clear that martell didnt even touch him. That is a three point play on what would have been a missed shot. So instead of blazers down 3 with the ball we are down 6. That was the most ridiculous call i have ever seen. The NBA should really look at retroactively punishing guys for obvious flops. Not to mention that every time roy went in the lane he got hammered and there was no call. Completely ridiculous. Everyone also points to artest abusing roy. Thats because he was constantly commiting travels and offensive fouls yet was never called for it. The refs blew that game for us plain and simple there is really no other way top look at it. I didnt want to post last night because I was to mad. But I watched the game again on my tivo and those three refs should be fired for that job in the fourth, just a horrible job on both ends for the blazers.

This game was lost before tipoff. We've been garbage for awhile now.
