Back to the D-League for McBob

A little surprising since pretty soon we'll be able to officially mark the remainder of the season as a time to see what we've got versus trying to win. But I suppose if this gets him more time between now and then that that would be beneficial to him.

I never thought he had the tools to take his game and excel past the college level. He was probably drafted because of his close ties to Oden. But then what's the point if your gonna keep him in the D-League most of the season. He'd be useful if he could develop a jump shot.
It baffles when I see NBA players who can't shoot. I mean, it's the easiest skill to learn. Certainly easier than dribbling and maybe on par with passing. But this is there damn profession so why can't they make an open jumper? Some people just don't have it mentally or something. Anyway, that's my rant.

I read that when and if the blazers get eliminated from the playoffs, McBob will get extensive minutes. I think Mcbob will have a chance to show the team that he has something to offer for the future, or show is expendable.

I would love to see him play. If he can rebound as well as Frye, hit most of his put backs, and continue to pass well for a big man, then I'll be happy with him.

He can't be sent down again if he's called up, correct?
