OT: Some things make no sense

Post#1 » by Discovery69 » Mon Mar 31, 2008 4:40 pm

Marc Jackson, formerly of New Orleans is playing in Europe for a Greek team named Olympiakos. They get a new coach about 6 weeks ago and he decides to cut Marc Jackson before the playoffs, as Jackson was the leading scorer and second in rebounding in the Greek league.

The rumor was he didn't like Marc Jackson, because he considered Jackson to be more interested in stats, a liability on defense, and a bad influence on Lynn Greer, one of the teams top players.

So the coach replaces Marc Jackson with Qyntel Woods  huh?

If you are a bad influence on Lynn Greer then you're getting the **** out of Greece.

Apparently it was because Jackson played bad defense and when he was in the game the team was forced to play more zone defense than they wanted to.

BTW-Lynn Greer hit a huge buzzer beater last night to upset CSKA in Moscow.
