The radio this afternoon said Atlanta intends to trade Collins prior to the draft. Is he destined for Portland? Is there any chance the Blazers get him without the #7 pick? Could they turn the #7 pick, Louzada & Brown III into #11 and Obi? Then trade #11, Bledsoe, and Keon for Collins? I know the answer is no, but it's fun to speculate.

Feels like Portland will go on the clock with #7 and see what happens feeling pretty good about who they are picking (likely either Sharpe or Daniels).

I like Daniels better than Sharpe, mostly because I think his floor is higher and is more likely to contribute this year because his defense is advanced which should make Billups a fan.

Portland still has cards to play this off-season with the other TPE and the MLE. I fully expect Nurk and Simons to resign (and I expect them to get announced almost IMMEDIATELY) when free agency opens.

Now that we have Grant on the roster and we still have the 7th in our back pockets, I'm becoming more intrigued with the idea of trading back and picking Duren while acquiring another veteran. I know most would hate it, but I kind of like the idea of Randle/11. Gives us two pseudo stars to prop up along side Dame but also the backstop of potential in Duren.

I’ll be pissed if we give up on Hart that quickly to just replace with Dort after proving himself last year. Blazers tend to be “in good faith” usually.. I don’t see us sending him packing already but we did do it with Norman lol

Also, the depth chart is missing Winslow and Greg Brown who will both be available and likely getting regular rotation.

I dont think its crazy to just keep Hart at SF - he plays bigger than 6'5. In fact, I think OG is only slightly better than Hart, mostly due to being 6'7 rather than 6'5 - is that worth the 7? And potentially Hart as well? I dont buy it.

Keeping Hart at SF while leaning on Nas (And I think the FO is really high on him) + taking Daniels at 7 would be fine w/ me.

I think Dyson is going to be really good and his defense will get him on the floor immediatley.
