Yeah, Roy could definitely be better utilized as a SG with a good PG next to him.

Funny that the West has played their best with Roy and Paul in the backcourt. You know Pritchard is just drooling right now.

Would have loved to see that dunk go down by Roy.

I love how people on the General Board are like "Roy... meh" and are still complaining that he made the All Star Game. And yet, he's leading the West in scoring right now and hes 2nd in rebounds!

How many of us would have guessed that Brandon Roy would be the leading scorer for the west at halftime? Wow, lol

Roy is also 3rd in minutes played for the first half. Only Dirk and AI have played more.

Yeah that is surprising. He probably got a lot of Kobe's 1st half minutes...

The west looked way better when CP and Roy were in the backcourt. CP should DEFINITELY be starting

if people think Brandon Roy shouldnt have been in the all star game, they dont know what REAL basketball is.

Brandon Roy plays the right way. he plays team baskteball and plays defense. if someone has a good IQ in basketball, then they will know that Brandon Roy is indeed an All Star, and a future finals MVP!!!

I couldn't believe that Roy was the leading scorer at half...not to mention that was all in the 2nd.

It's funny though because Roy clearly doesn't have the huge ego many of these guys do. You see Melo out there trying to drive it in against multiple players and all of them trying to dominate while Roy quietly puts the ball in the basket. Although if he had slammed that pass from Paul off the backboard...certainly would have been anything but quiet.
