I'm sure you need to give a great interview to get a GM job. It took Olshey 2 tries. He didn't get the Blazer job first time he tried.
A great interview will not help you hold a GM job. And, it will not help you get a second job. Olshey probly couldn't get a first job if there wasn't a Clippers team owned by Donald Sterling. His second job was easy to get. If you can make Donald Sterling look good, you can write your own check.
