Interesting if you go over to the Pistons board, they are talking about Portland sending the CJ TPE + the NO
pick and Bledsoe to the Pistons for Jerami Grant. Like us, nobody is interested in tonight's game for both
teams want to lose.

Blazers can't trade Bledsoe unless they guarantee his contract, which is enough to land Grand. If the Pels pick is 11-14 and the Pistons would accept that pick + Bledsoe for Grant, I'd be OK with that. Portland then saves that TPE. I'm not sure Grant will be worth a late lottery pick and that TPE, but for some reason Portland seems focused on getting Grant

what I don't want to see is Portland trading a top-8 pick for Grant

if Portland comes out of the Draft with Murray/Mathurian + Grant while still having that 21M TPE they will have done well IMO

Portland loses that game if Winslow sat again. I don't know why Portland activated him. Another dumb fence-straddling decision by management. They need to go all-in on the tank

This is where I sit as well, albeit I would prefer to get a bit more return from DET. If they owned their own SRP that would be ideal but alas they do not.

At the same time if Duren doesnt vault up the board as I perdict I would prefer to keep both LPs and get Murray/Mathurian + Duren. I just cant shake how physically gifted he is. 48mpg of Nurkic / Duren for 3 years until we let Jusuf walk is pretty unique. And with the injury history and a penchant to play much better when not gassed, you want an elite backup behind Nurkic.

The question would be what can Bledsoe / TPE and a future protected FRP net Portland if we keep both LP's? I cant really think it secures much (Maybe use Nas to avoid paying him?)
