That's sort of odd given where sa is currently in a rebuild

No, very smart move to have him tutor Castle and their youngins and play with Wemby

Yep. Very underwhelming FA crop. Bey is the only one that Im interested in for where the Blazers currently sit

Bey is going to miss most of the season with injury. He has been pretty underwhelming thus far in his career. IMHO we already have enough young forwards that need to develop.DusterBuster wrote:tester551 wrote:DusterBuster wrote:I suspect the Blazers will sit out FA largely, but I wish the Blazers would make a play for Saddiq Bey (spelling probably wrong).

Bey would be awesome but just don’t know his value on the market. If one of Grant or Thybulle are leaving, Bey would be awesome.
While we're rebuilding and seeing what we have in our youth (predominantly Scoot, Shaedon, Clingan and Deni), we absolutely should be taking on bad contracts in exchange for productive players (Simons and Grant primarily), which will maximise the additional draft capital that we receive in return, while freeing up minutes for our youth.Norm2953 wrote:It's possible Portland could get involved with LA's determination to build their roster if Portland

Lebron wants to get this done prior to his headed to the Olympics. How this impacts Portland is
another matter for they don't have to do anything after getting under the tax line. One would think
they won't do anything to put them over again.

Been saying this for a bit to watch for Thybulle to Dallas.

If Klay goes to DAL its even better for us re LAL paying for Grant.
