Missed this game, tried to watch the replay when I got home, quit after the 1st half.

Nice to see Sharpe break out of his slump (career high), had a monster dunk. IMO the issue with Sharpe has never been talent or capability to score, and he ended up 13-26, 10-19 2pt whoch is 52% (league avg is 54%). The issue with Sharpe has always been consistency, just floats in way too many games. He is only 21 though.

Hope they keep Deni out for a while, they should have rested him a few games already, but Billups is riding these guys like he is Thibidoux and they are angling for a high playoff seed.

Against normal (not bottom dwelling) teams, this game and the game in UTA would certainly have been losse, given POR mediocre\bad level of play, but UTA helped POR doom themselves by resting their entire starting lineup & WAS is at square 1.5? right now.

POR is the benefactor of good, err, bad timing. Both of these games against any other team than the one they played (and CHA) would have been losses, but the scheduling gods and POR front office ineptitude allowed them to snatch victory from defeat.
