Quick is talking about it right now. Nate did id to re-balance the lineup without Jones. He also wants a little more energy during the start of the games and they don't want Brandon running the high pick and rolls so early. They want to save their "bread and butter" plays for the 4 so teams aren't ready for it.

Whoa !!
Terrible lineup. I don't know how Roy will play against SF's in the league and I sure as hell don't want Jack to start the game. He hasn't earned anything, this is a bad move by Nate.

Personally, I don't like it, if anyone's confidence were to get rattled by being benched, it would be Martell. He hasn't been playing well lately, but if this gives him something to play for, I'm all for it.Ripcity4life wrote:New Starting Lineup according to O-Live and Behind the beat

More Jack/Nate bashing I see Oden2 (also in the other thread).. He played so awful last game that he wasnt even close to a triple double.. 17/9/9/3 is such an awful stat line.. He was flat out garbage.. Now yes, he had 7 turnovers which is inexcusable, but that loss is put on Outlaw and Webster just as much as Jack. The Blazers arent even within 10 points in the 4th quarter if it hadnt been for Jack that game.. Open your eyes. Im not a Sergio fan, but I dont blindly bash him

They say love is blind Fitz. You got Jack on speed-dial??
Theyre not in the game if Webster didnt have 17pts in the 3rd.
Or was I just seeing things?? All I know is Outlaw missed a FT
and Jack blew it yet again with a fast break. Again, Jack trying
to be something that hes not. I can let Outlaw slide because of
the past games he has won for the team, you cant say that
about Jack. But everyone has a right to their opinions.. .
Oden2 keep putting your opinions out!!

No, dont get me wrong, Jack helped in that loss. Im not saying Jack was awesome. it was a team effort in that loss.. Jack made some stupid moves and one crucial one that hurt the team big time. Outlaw missed a crucial free throw for the win, and Webster missed 2 free throws in crunch time. But Jack jump started the team when they looked absolutely pathetic. I agree mainly with what you said in the other thread, odd. Jack is not terrible, but hes not a good PG. Now, I think he is getting better and his defense has gotten better this season (he played pretty well against AI for the most part), but I dont think he can/will succeed on THIS team.

I agree with most of that Mr. Fitz.. .
However I think Jack was a better PG when
he came in from college and has reverted.. .
Also I believe Nate has a problem with double
standards. Jack was not pulled out when he
was doing turnovers but yet Nate pulls out
others (*cough*Sergio*cough). Even tho
Jack was doing well, it doesnt matter
because Ive seen other players do well
but get yanked out from turnovers.. .
Anyway, this is kind of a can of worms.. .
