Not sure that it matters much but I'm in outside sales in UT. I just finished a client meeting here in Ogden and she went nutz when she saw my Blazer tat. Told me she's a professor at Weber State and just went on and on about how much she loves Lillard. Talked about how hard he works, how down to earth he is, and how despite being so busy training he was sharp in class and the first guy to help another student. She was so heartfelt in her praise of him that she managed to turn me around on this draft. Obviously none of this is guaranteed to affect his game on the court, but of speaks volumes about his capacity to be a leader

Who do you guys think had a better rookie year, Westbrook or Curry. Since Lillard was compared to be that type of a PG, I thought it would be fun to see how they did their rookie years. Will he have that kind of year?

Westbrook----- 15ppg/5.3ast/ 3.3To's/ 39%FG/ 27% from three/5FTA

Curry------------ 17ppg/5.9ast/3.1To's/46%FG/43% from three/2.5FTA

Both teams had bad years, being non-playoff teams. Which seems to be where we are headed.

Our oldest player is now LMA. I think we will be the youngest team in the NBA, when the season starts...

I have the feeling Gadzuric will never wear a Blazers' jersey. His contract is unguaranteed for this season, and he only played 2 games for the Knicks if I remember correctly last season.

After one SL game, I think we got about an A+ performance out of Lillard and Leonard based on expectations. Barton I think probably got a B--he looked like he has more learning to do than I was expecting.
