To me, Carmelo has been fun to watch. It'd be nice if he would find a way to finish those aggressive drives/'dunks' but his 3 point shooting has looked good. I didn't know he had that fast of a release. Assuming he can keep up his play, I could see him being really solid when Portland has a healthy roster. Just because he looks like he can hit 3s and also drive on closeouts, and those opportunities should get easier when guys like Lillard and Nurkic are back.

Earning more pt that’s for sure!
Too bad the Blazers lack a healthy backup center, since Skal may just do well as the PF. Nurk and Whiteside at C and Collins and Skal as PFs. One could live with that.

This I'm not panicking yet. Just getting healthy gives Portland a good big rotation. I would like to add another PF center who could fill in in an emergency( to cause a panic I'm thinking Meyers Leonard at a $4-5 million per contract with him providing great cheerleading from the bench   ). I would also like to add a 6'9" to 6'11 forward who could play either sf or pf that could pair with Little where both weree just forwards who played to their best matchups as needed

I love how Webber is going in on the Blazers offensive system and the lack of ball movement. That's been a serious issue for a long time. I'm glad Webber is throwing it out there on national TV for everyone else

Yea, it's almost likethe Blazers were not the 3rd rank offense last season and always in the top half. Isn't this the same Webber guy who didn't know how many time outs were allowed in a college game?

Aren't the Blazers passing the ball a lot better in the last 6 games or so? I thought the Blazers showed that graphic in the last game.

This was Simon's opportunity to shine and he just blows tonight.

Can't give up 50lbs to Robin L, if refs allow him at least 5 seconds in the lane.

True, but he may be playing through a minor injury as bodies are needed.

Kinda makes you wish Pat was still playing for Portland.

What's wrong with him? I heard he was questionable for tonight.

Thank you guys for Pat Connaughton. I’m sorry Nik Stauskas didn’t work out.

I'd bring Leonard back, but for the vet's minimum, not $4-$5 million.

Announcers saying plan is for Pau to be an assistant coach with Portland once he returns from spain. If he ends up being a long term coach for Portland, that's a huge win to me.
