Rasheed on the bench, hes such a smart player!!

I think its cool that the Pistons gave the arena
announcer job to a guy that has stuttering
problems. Hats off to the Detriot Pistons!!

You can always tell how smart a teams fans
are if they cheer when one of their players
scores after the play is dead and the fans
still clap like they scored two points.. .

lol no joke.

Nice to see us get their starting frontcourt in foul trouble (and LMA staying out of it!), but Chauncey is just crazy tonight. This is gonna be a good experience for the team without Roy.

The problem is without Roy the Blazers have
no players that can create good shots, scoring
for themself or others. Good teams have about
3 or so. Blazers need to add a few. LMA can
score but he doesnt really create it, he has
to have the ball given to him. Outlaw is
pretty close, he is on the edge of becoming
one of those types of players.. .

Jarrett Jack is so (Please Use More Appropriate Word). He's playing horrible defense, he sets up Pryzbilla horribly and Joel can't do anything. He drives and gets stuffed, misses lay-ins and most importantly, is playing horrible defense. BENCH JACK

hahahaha you actually more so just described what Sergio did while he was in there. Take away the "bad pass" to Joel and insert airball jump shot and youve got Sergio.. Jack and LMA are the guys who are actually scoring a couple points

It's not just Jack. The entire team looks lost on both offense and defense right now...

Anyway, I'm not too surprised at how this game is going. Roy is such a huge part of this team, it's tough to have a chance without him especially against a good team like Detroit.

The Blazers don't have to roll over and die. These are NBA basketball players, and what they're doing right now is just straight embarassing. Just because we don't have Brandon.

LaMarcus and Martell are the only ones playing decent basketball right now.

You have a good point, I mean look at what Chicago was able to do against us and Golden State missing 3 of their starters. My point is that it would be crazy to bet in favor of us when we're missing our best player and playing one of the best teams in the league.

Thats such blantant hating on Jack its sad. Jacks shooting better % than webster with 1 more point, 2 more assists, and the same amount of rebounds.. Ya Webster is the only other one playing basketball

I really hope Joel is traded. He is nothing more than a scrub at this point. Hes not an offensive juggernaut, but could you get a more pathetic attempt at a post move as he had in the 1st quarter? He has bricks for hands and his defense is pretty over rated here. His weakside blocking is about the only thing left that I really see as positives from him. I would rather a more mobile guy like Frye, who can still grab rebounds while pulling the defense out by being able to actually shoot the ball, become our backup center for Oden next year.

Detroit's BENCH schooled Portland in the 2nd quarter. The bench scoring is something like 27-2.

That was embarrassing. Stuckey and Johnson looked like All-Stars.

hopefully they don't match it in the 2nd

the only good thing is at least this one isn't on national tv

your point? Our all star is out... 2 of our biggest bench players are not on the bench. One is injured, and one is having to start because of the injuries. So when your bench pretty much consists of Outlaw and Frye, youre probably not going to get much out of the bench. So please run along

So do you think Jack will have more TOs tonight than the Pistons? Right now he has 1 less than their entire team.

Because Sergio bricks all his layups.
