Man, I keep waiting for Covington to get into some of the grooves I have seen from him in other games. He is the type of player that can explode in a few minutes to score like 10+.

I swear the refs are giving the Rockets the benefit of the doubt 9 times out of 10.

Side note: It's good to see Simons play pretty decently in the minutes he got. It's got to be difficult for a young guy to be given a prominent role like last year and then be demoted.

I love when Dame gets Jr. or Covington with a nice pass going to the rim this is how we use these guys to score. Especially this is the case Jr., the man is a dunk machine give him a couple lobs.

Whew! Lots to be desired, but a gutsy win by Portland. The scrappy D in the second half was a big boon, and CJ turning on flamethrower mode was incredible.
