Genius level stuff here
Winslow hasn't played a minute since 12/21. When he does play, he's more of a backup/small ball 4. Sort of a homeless, destitute man's Draymond Green who facilitates the offense, but often guards the other team's power forward.
Little averages 16.2 MPG. So, subtract 16 from 48 and you end up with 32 MPG for the two new guys - very close to Hart's 33 MPG I previously mentioned. The math is pretty straight forward. However, the minutes will go to whoever fits in best and will be matchup/opponent specific.
And then there are injuries. None of Winslow, GPII or Little are the paragon of health and availability. Winslow and Little seem to have one, or more, significant injury every year and Payton missed the first half of the season.
Are you really that worried about how the minutes are divided between the two new guys? We lost 33 MPG in trading Josh Hart. Do you really care how those 33 minutes are divided between the two new guys, because the last I checked, we already had Winslow and Little on the roster and no one seemed too concerned about their playing time when Josh Hart was gobbling up 33 MPG. Divide up Hart's MPG anyway you see fit between Reddish and Thybulle and non one else's role changes significantly.
Personally, I wouldn't mind a bump of 4 or 5 minutes in Sharpe's minutes, keep Payton about the same, give 26 MPG to Thybulle and spot minutes to Reddish when we need his length.
