Hilarious, I didn't know that about Bird and X Man.

The X Man specific part starts at about 5:17, but the whole thing is worth watching because Bird was just that awesome. Anyone who says he wouldn't be that effective in today's NBA flat out doesn't know what they're talking about. Anyone who can shoot like that and has that kind of footwork to create separation and that kind of creativity could play in any era.

Bird was simply amazing. No one n the NBA today has what Bird had. He did not want to team up with Magic, Thomas, or Jordan. He wanted to beat them! He hit a big shot against Portland when I was a kid and I ws so pissd because I was sure he traveled. So long ago I don't know if he really did now. Either way he is a true legend.
