Wasn't Barkley commenting during the 3 point contest saying Love was the best young PF. Kenny or someone interejected with LMA and Griffin, but Chuck stuck with his opinion. He's such a band-wagon commentator.

Man, that Dunk Contest gets worse and worse by the year. Outside of the Jeremy Evans 2 balls in 1 dunk, everything else mediocre to embarrassingly cringe worthy. And even Evans wasn't without his awful moments. That first dunk he had was one of the weakest dunks of all time. Just cause you got a video camera strapped to you doesn't give you the right to throw up some garbage dunk.

But Paul George needs to take the honors of worst dunker of the night. The best dunk he had was dunking over Roy Hibbert, but even that took forever. But that pales in comparison to his final two dunks. I can't decide which was worse between his glow-in-the-dark dunk and his sticker dunk. The glow-in-the-dark dunk was stupid because it was so dark that you can't see what's going on, so it was pretty much pointless. The sticker dunk was stupid because for one, it's already been done and done MUCH better by Dwight Howard. For two, it was stupid because he clearly couldn't do it. By the time he finally finished the dunk, he had ran out of those dump Larry Bird stickers.

Embarrassing.

I don't get the love hate. you guys realize that he made more 3 pointers in 2:24 seconds using less attempts than felton has all season, right? I'd start love at point guard if we could... :)

George's lights out dunk was a really, really great idea but he did it all wrong. He was clearly trying to get his jersey to look like the Tron suits from Tron: Legacy. The problem is it was just glow in the dark stickers - his people should have contacted the effects studio and seen if they could have done some promotional bit (I mean really, it wouldn't have been nearly as crude as some of the scripted stuff last night).

Second, he needed a damn glow in he dark ball, or at least have the seems have the Tron effect too.

It was a good 360 windmill, but the glow in the dark stuff was just too weak.

Exactly. It's not like it would have been hard to get a jersey with LED's in them and a ball that has some lights in them or something. Good idea, but executed about as poorly as humanly possible.

Odom went because he agreed to in order to get his legs back after being gone for two weeks. He's been tending his ill father this week after the all-star break.
