Collins and Biggie looked really good. Collins was good in defense

Swanigan can shoot... he looks a lot like a young Kevin Love out there right now. Z. Collins will need some polish but his defense is so advanced for his age, and he's constantly in the right position to affect shots, or at least contest them.

Meyers looked better, but still overall he looked like he lacked feel for the game. He looked more confident though.. he's still a one trick pony though.

In other news... Ed Davis looks like he's back, if he can return to 2015 Ed Davis form... that's huge.

Granted it's against PHX, but the Blazers look like they are showing some training camp continuity and like they know what to do on the defensive end...despite some iffy perimeter defense.
Having a healthy Davis and the obvious quality of Swanigan and Collins is going to help this season. Meyers looked a bit more focused on big man basics too--not as lost looking.

Like what I see from Swanigan and Collins so far. I think they're both already better players than Meyers who still looks mostly Meyers-ish. The only thing he really has on them is weight for Zach and height for Caleb.

Also Dame's floater game looks on point earlier here in the year, and I hope he incorporates it more this year.

Why Nurkic has play only 7 minutes? Is he hurt? :(

Sawnigan has such a good package of skills... he really does have a ton of Kevin Love in his game. He was sooooooooooooooo slow with his drive to the basket that who drew the foul from (whoever was on him), due to what seemed like the other player overestimating Swanigan's athleticism. If Swanigan had just a smidgen of athleticism I feel like he'd be a surefire great player.

I really can't state enough how advanced Z. Collins defense looks out there.... he's definitely a work on process on offense, and he may never get there on that end... who knows, but at worst I feel like he's a mobile, modern Nick Collins with what will probably be a useable shot out to at least 18 feet. I can accept that, as a floor.

We've got lots of bigs and we all know Nurk's skills. It's good to ease him back into game action with the players we got, especially rooks, here in the preseason and him coming off that leg surgery. Plus with the mask on his face for now. I wouldn't read anything into it at all.

That floater zone has constantly been the 1 area of the floor Dame shoots well below avg. Lets hope that changes this year. So far so good.

The DVR you get with the hulu plus package is nice for fast forwarding through commercials and half time. Plus it works great with my Xbone. The amount of HD in a streaming platform is impressive and not having to pay comcast is the icing on the cake.

I know it's just the Suns.... but our defense loooooksssss soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much better now that we have guys like Collins, Nurkic, and healthy Davis rotating in for minutes.

Turner is such garbage...he actually thinks he"s worth all that $$? Can't shoot or dribble, yet he insists on doing those things in the most difficult way possible.

CJ's been pretty rough tonight... he'll be fine, but with Dame out, it's definitely not been pretty with Lillard off the floor.

We just don't have very good perimeter creators on the court right now. Bazz would be a worlds difference.
