let them react to us for a change? novel idea? we are certainly killing them in the paint so far

And they're attacking Meyers defensively and it's working like I feared.

yet our offense looks solid and we were leading and game is near even

Despite a couple of misses, a nice little stint by Collins. Not bad for 20 years old.

Do you really think it was because Meyers was out there?

So how is Layman out there, but Napier is benched? Napier actually can impact the game, but Layman isn't doing much out there in his stints.

I keep rooting for Jake but he can't seem to hit shots either outside or inside

Stotts is giving Napier the CJ treatment. Meaning he's doing to Napier what he did to CJ before he was forced to play him.

I wish they they replayed that Collins take to the basket, sure looked like he was hammered in real time yet no foul

My only guess is that Stotts sees how much length bothers what the Blazers do, and how much it helps defensively what the Blazers do. That being said...when it's Layman all bets are off. He's terrible.

Layman is getting minutes over Vonleh now as well. I just don't get it. Napier is better than Pat and Vonleh is better than Layman.

lol, sure seems like a pattern here that is obvious to everyone but Stotts - was Napier traded and I missed it?

I don't understand why CJ isn't out there with Napier.

So Vonleh gets a short stent and then gets replaced by Meyers. Noah had 3 rebounds in 3 minutes. Meyers had 1 rebound in 8 minutes.

our D has been bad without him so maybe get some offense with the same bad D?

Trust me I am not "lovin" on Meyers but if our D is equally bad get someone in who can perhaps score more than some of the others

I'd actually like to see 5 minutes of Meyers and Zach and see how that goes

The reffing tonight is absolute garbage, if we have to play this team 5 on 8 there is NO WAY we can beat them. Multiple plays of a lot of contact being allowed for the GS players.

The defense of the Warriors has devolved into slapping and hacking and hoping the refs don't call it.
