Another easy win for the Blazers, they just make it look so damn easy against the bad teams or even just slightly below average teams. Cavs really tried to bring in it in the first half but even with them hitting a lot of shots offensively the Blazers made enough 3 pointers to easily eclipse that. In the 3rd the Blazers just took over the game and the starters were ridiculously effective. We had nail-biters or needed Lillard heroics in the 4th with teams like this last year and this year the Blazers just handle them much more effectively.

Pretty cool of Stotts to let Nurk get the TD in an easy win. Those were good possessions too, nothing wrong with playing through the big man a little more. Nurk also avoided the media bait at the end asking if he was hunting it.

I dont know why Collins was guarding the bigger Zizic while Leonard guarded some smaller player out on the wing. Why didnt Leonard guard Zizic instead?

I have noticed the same thing where there is a little more consistency and stability this season. But still a ways to go with staying locked in and not being so streaky. Its fun to see some of these guys playing well now. Layman, nurk, and curry especially.

Ha! Last thing I need is to be asking permission to put pictures of my wife up in this place...I already get an arched eyebrow or an eyeroll when she sees I'm on RealGM.

I'll say this...she's certainly way out of my league--an actress and a musician and one of the most talented people I've ever met. And no, we won't be trading wives, d-train... :lol:

Here is what I found interesting about Nurk's triple-double. It was Dame that hit the 3 that gave it him. Here is why it was interesting to me.

2 years ago, Dame had a game where he had 34 points, 11 rebounds and 9 assists.
