Huge game. Hard to know what to expect given the epic saga that was Game 3.

I think the most realistic projection any of us can make right now is it will probably be an incredibly sloppy, ugly game just based on how much they played last night.

and let me tell you.. I am scared, I am nervous. I am scervous. I don't know if we can win this one.

Playoff scheduling is pretty wacky. How this series (featuring a team that had a 7-game series in Round 1) has Game 4 before the Celtics-Bucks series (in which both teams swept their 1st round opponents) doesn’t make much sense to me.

Apparently the Boston arena has a hockey game tonight. Even if that's the case, there's nothing stopping them from simply scheduling us on Monday too. Makes matters worse: Golden State and Houston started before us and played game three after us. I believe every series has had one two day break except for ours.

Yep. In all likelihood, it favors the Blazers given they did have a long break after Round 1 while Denver didn’t, but still. This is a physical, intense series and I wish the teams had at least one 2-day break.

Both west home teams won game 3 overtime. I wonder what the history of that suggests for game 4?

I was rather critical of Lillards game in the last one, but Steph Curry's performance last night made me a feel a bit better about our star having some off nights.

Hopefully he gets back into form, and we see some prime Lillard tonight.

This one might get intense, I expect Denver to give us their best today. They know what’s a stake tonight

Both teams proved they can make big plays and don't quit.

Given our rebounding woes, I was hoping Sotts would enforce some rebounding drills on the day off, but given the 4OT, I don't think we could ask for anything more than people to rest as much as possible. Hopeful we can still hit the defensive boards harder. Need to squelch those 2nd, 3rd or 4th chance opportunities Denver keeps getting.

Rebounding is the key to this game and the rest of the series. Defensive rebounding seems to be our biggest challenge. Nuggets have some guys that have a real knack for rebounds. It seems like Milsap and Barton are always 1 step ahead of everyone when chasing the ball.

Denver gave it everything they had in game 3 and lost, in heart breaking fashion. now ~42 hours later, after playing career high minutes, you have to go back into Moda and try again. Blazers have the Nuggets on the ropes, but can't imagine Denver getting this far and then making it easy. this game probably decides Blazers in 6 or Nuggets in 7.

I expect more time for Hood (easy call), Zach getting red*** on people, and Leonard bodying up Jokic. Lillard to have a good game with defenders having to stay home more on Meyer’s 3’s when he hits a couple. It’s about time for Layman and/or Curry to go off for significant points.

Stay tight on Jokic and Gary Harris.

Blazers are in VERY good shape with momentum.

Dame had 28 points and 8 assists. He scored 1.17 points/shot. CJ scored 1.05 points/shot. Dame just had 15 fewer shots than CJ. Denver was doubling Dame, they were hedging at screens and picks, and they were trying to trap him. Dame actually did a fairly decent job of not forcing offense. Denver was trying to do some of the same things the Pelicans did last season.

It's an insult to a point guard if a defense can get away with trapping and doubling him. I think Nuggets are playing Lillard straight up with their best defender. And, Lillard is doing a good job of forcing defensive rotations the old fashioned way by beating his defender. I don't see the Nuggets disrespecting Lillard's playmaking skills by loading their defense on the ball anymore than is normal. Every defense goes to the ball when the ball is going to the basket.
