Read on Twitter

Dame knocked off two 1st team all-NBA players and one 3rd team all-NBA players in the playoffs.

Isn't Supermax the prison that nobody has ever escaped from. Maybe it might be that way with some of the payers salaries.

I remember a few decades ago when the Sixers were sold for 16 Million. That's almost ET salary these days.

I think they might make changes to Supermax in the near future you know the Supermax looks bad when almost every team looks like they made the wrong move rewarding their star player with it.

I realize that they are taking post-season into account...but the fact the a 27.4/8.5/8.3, 25.6 PER, Lebron only made 3rd team is kinda ridiculous. That's better than both Kawhi and Durant...

As much as I can't stand him, I think the Lakeshow sideshow has made people forget exactly how great of a player he still was this year.

All-NBA's from what I have been told are finalized before the playoffs. People were furious when Lillard got first team last year after getting swept by AD and the Pels.

The NBA waits to reveal them though for some reason that I am not sure of.

He also only played in like 55ish games.... I think that probably took more into account than missing the playoffs.

Well-deserved for Dame! He's getting up there now in accolades as a Blazer - only Drexler has more All-NBA teams as a Blazer (5). Dame just moved past LMA (3).

There was some discussion of Dame making first team over Curry which would have caused a major
stink after the sweep. I'm fully happy with second team and really think he'll be the best player
in team history when he is done.

If All-NBA is a award for the regular season I have no problem with Damian being 1st team. He is asked to carry a HUGE load and Curry and company coast to 50ish to low 60's wins every year. Curry is a better player in a vacuum but Damian is relied on for MUCH more, this team is garbage without Damian since all of the offense flows through him, I think we would have trouble winning 30ish games a season if Lillard was gone the entire year.

Obviously hard to say if what I say is 100% true though, since Lillard is one of the iron men of the NBA.

It would be interesting to see the players swap places for a season to see if Lillard excels and whether Curry could carry a team with lesser talent.
