Mavs are favored. Let's see if Blazers can get our 1st upset. I think it will be our 1st. I assume we were favored to beat King's.

This could be a game we miss our bigger wing defenders from last year. I don't think so, but it's something to watch.

Interesting match ups for presumably CJ likely matching up with Wright and how well Hood matches
up with Doncic will decide the game. Luka is going to be a matchup problem no matter who Portland
tries on him.

Yeah, I assume the Mavs will put Lee on Lillard and let Doncic conserve energy by guarding hood.

Doncic is a matchup nightmare for every team. Probably the best thing to do is simply go at him and force him to play defense and wear him out.

KP is also a tough one for the Blazers. Whiteside can probably guard him in the post, but certainly not on the perimeter.

IMO, this will be a telling game for the Blazers. How far along is their chemistry? Will they be able to rise as a team to the challenge of executing a game plan to beat a good team?

Hood has to play defense or he will lose minutes. Historically, he will lose minutes. Bazemore will be defending Doncic in the 4th quarter.

I thought Collins was going to be a good shooter, but he's shot is worse than Aminus.

Collins looks like hes never played basketball in his entire life. what the hell happened? did he take the entire offseason off? absolutely brutal. looks like Meyers year 1 and 2 all over again.

Luka already getting superstar treatment from the refs like he has 10 years in the league.

Hood is having a great season so far I really like how he is playing.

Refs are complete garbage so far in this game. I'm amazed Stotts is keeping his cool...

There's no way you can convince me that Tolliver should be seeing the floor right now.... he's like Meyers Leonard from a couple years ago.

Helps when the refs are calling any tick tack iffy foul on one end then letting the Mavs shove and smack on the other end with no call. Like I said I am blown away Stotts isn't fuming right now.

I have also seen the Mavs get away with a lot of shoving off on the offensive end, this is one of the most blatant home cooking games I have seen.

They went on that 15 - 0 run the moment Tolliver went in the game. Stotts is actually blind or just stubborn beyond belief.
